Using Pebito

Terms for fast API actions.

These terms govern access to Pebito Browser Agent, including demos, trials, paid plans, and any product pages served from pebito.com.

Agreement

By accessing Pebito, creating an account, booking a demo, or using the product, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you use Pebito for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

The service

Pebito helps users automate browser workflows by turning instructions into supervised actions across supported web apps, APIs, files, and internal processes.

Some features may be in beta, experimental, or available only to selected customers. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, files, credentials, workflow instructions, third-party app access, and outputs you submit or approve.

You must not use Pebito to break laws, bypass security, scrape or export data without authorization, harm systems, send spam, infringe rights, or process regulated data unless your agreement with Pebito permits it.

Third-party apps

Pebito may interact with third-party websites, APIs, accounts, and data sources that you authorize. Those third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for maintaining permissions, credentials, and access rights for third-party services connected to Pebito.

AI outputs and review

Pebito can make suggestions and perform automated steps, but outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You must review important actions before relying on them.

Pebito is not a substitute for professional judgment in legal, medical, financial, employment, or other regulated decisions.

Plans and payment

Paid access, if applicable, is governed by the order form, checkout, invoice, or written agreement accepted by the customer.

Fees are non-refundable unless the applicable agreement says otherwise. Taxes, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation terms may depend on the plan purchased.

Intellectual property

Pebito and its software, website, design, copy, logos, demos, and documentation remain the property of Pebito, Inc. or its licensors.

Customers retain ownership of their own data, prompts, files, and workflow content, subject to the rights needed for Pebito to provide and support the service.

Availability and liability

Pebito is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or compatibility with every website or API.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebito, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Contact and changes

We may update these terms as Pebito changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page or communicated through reasonable channels.

Questions about these terms should be sent to [email protected].
